Wedding Fever

HELLO, HELLO, HELLO!

Todays blog is all about my Aunty's Wedding!!!

I was honoured, to be my Aunties Bridesmaid, I would say this has been a really long wait.. but since my first blog post for the Wedding show, the time has actually gone really quickly to now be writing this post of the ACTUAL wedding.. which happened over a month ago now. Time flies huh.

My Aunty, let me have complete control over what I wore, I got to pick my dress, the colour, my shoes and do my own hair and makeup. Everything I picked we both loved. Result.

RIGHT, More photos then anything on this post, they will speak for themselves in terms of how amazing the day truly was!

It started on the Friday, we were lucky enough to be invited to stay with them at the Venue for the night before and night of the wedding.

I got to see Family that I have not seen in such a long time and was able to finally introduce them to my much better half. They loved him, no shock. We had the loveliest meal, I indulged in everything that I shouldn't eat, along with a vast variety of alcohol and a very late night. Woops, I blame my dad, however he was worse for wear the following morning.

The day of the wedding, THE MOST RELAXING AND STRESS FREE DAY.
I have never met a couple, who were as relaxed as my Aunty and Uncle. Their motto was "Doesn't matter what goes wrong as long as they end up married". Inspirational.

We had the most relaxing but very early morning, helped re-arrange things, got ready and before we knew it.. the time came for my Aunty to walk down the aisle. Jake was given the job of the music for the ceremony, the speaker said goodbye when it turned off after being on standby for so long during the ceremony. Everyone laughed over it, along with anything else however small that didn't go to plan.

It was beautiful, emotional, the room was filled with nothing but love and my feet hurt.. my shoes lasted maybe an hour or two.. walking from the room, to where the ceremony was being held, for some photos and then came off and where replaced with my boots.. I still pulled the look off.

MY AUNTY LOOKED INCREDIBLE.

My champagne glass seemed to magically fill itself up once the content had been drunk.. and once it darkened and everyone had a slight buzz, the DJ set up and the after party began.

We were all in bed by 11PM! What an amazing day.

I would like to say that, I was so sad to take my bridesmaid dress off come the end of the night, it is the most beautiful dress I have ever owned. (I've had to advise Jake of the possibility of him coming home to me wearing it whilst I'm watching TV..)

And just like that, we woke up early Sunday morning for Breakfast and it was all done, my aunty woke up as the beautiful Mrs Wright.

We can't thank them enough for including us on their special day and everyone who came that made it so extra special for them. One of my top highlights of 2019.

Until Next Time,
Little P
XO
